The James E. Strates Shows® carnival midway offers only the freshest, most tantalizing foods. As you walk the midway and enjoy our rides, you can’t miss the wonderful, mouth-watering aromas in the air! From out-of-this-world funnel cakes dusted with powdered sugar to french fries drizzled with vinegar and in-season corn on the cob that bursts with farm-fresh flavor, you’ll be sure to enjoy your favorite foods and beverages.

We offer a vast array of foods, including fresh fruit and vegetable options for our health-conscious guests. While the selection varies with geographic location and growing season, one thing remains constant: A visit to the James E. Strates Shows® carnival midway will please your senses!

Picnic tables and bench seating are provided throughout the midway area for the comfort of our guests.

Most of our concessionaires have been with us for decades—and in some cases, for generations. Just as we look forward to seeing our loyal fans each season, many of our guests look forward to seeing these familiar faces on our midway year after year.

For the safety of our patrons, we comply with all state and local inspections and operate under the strictest of food handling policies and procedures.
